Judge Ingram, who has a history of presiding over high-profile cases, was recently tasked with overseeing the reevaluation of Raissa Kengne's mental capacity. The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities has been given 90 days to report back on whether Kengne is fit to stand trial and if there is a possibility of her achieving mental competency in the future.
In addition to her current case load, Ingram has a significant background in legal matters and has advocated for diversity in the judicial system. Despite her busy schedule, colleagues and attorneys, including those representing Young Thug, have expressed confidence in her ability to remain unbiased and fair.
Ingram's experience and dedication to the law make her a reliable choice to handle complex cases such as Kengne's mental competency evaluation.
