Pixar's highly anticipated sequel, "Inside Out 2," dominated the South Korean box office with a record-breaking debut. The film earned an impressive $14.7 million and 2.08 million ticket sales in just five days, making it the third-highest opening weekend score of the year in Korea and the highest for an imported film. This success surpasses that of the original "Inside Out," which opened with lower numbers back in 2015. The film's performance also propelled the overall Korean box office to its best weekend in months. Additionally, "Inside Out 2" claimed the top spot at the North American box office and worldwide. With strong competition from other films, including Korean-made "Wonderland" and the Japanese animation "Haikyu! The Dumpster Battle," "Inside Out 2" managed to captivate audiences and emerge as a box office hit.
