Gaming streamer Dr Disrespect, also known as Herschel "Guy" Beahm, has been fired from his own company Midnight Society due to an unspecified allegation. This comes four years after being banned from Twitch, where he had a large following. Beahm denies any wrongdoing and has previously stated that the issue has been investigated and settled. Twitch, the streaming platform, had previously removed Beahm for violating their guidelines, but reached a settlement with him in 2020. Despite this, two former employees have alleged inappropriate behavior from Beahm. He strongly denies these allegations and claims to have been paid out the full contract after the settlement. The studio did not disclose details of the allegation, but maintains that they had to take action to uphold their principles. Numerous parties involved have been contacted for comment but have not responded.
