Robert Shinn, the alleged villain in Netflix's 'Dancing for the Devil', has been the subject of two previous criminal investigations for sexual battery, but no charges were filed in either case, according to TMZ. The LAPD received reports from accusers, including former 7M member Kylie Douglas, whose story was featured in the documentary. The cases were eventually rejected by the L.A. City Attorney's Office due to insufficient evidence and delayed reporting. The documentary raised concerns about Shinn's management of TikTok-famous dancers, accusing him of demanding a significant portion of their incomes and isolating them from loved ones. Despite the allegations, Shinn denies all claims and has filed a defamation lawsuit against his accusers. Dancer Miranda Derrick, who was also featured in the documentary, has refuted claims of being brainwashed or controlled by Shinn.
