Ann Wilson, the iconic lead singer of Heart, has revealed her cancer diagnosis, prompting the band to postpone the remaining shows on their Royal Flush Tour. Despite successfully removing a cancerous growth through surgery and steadily recovering, Wilson's doctors have recommended preventive chemotherapy and time off from performing for a full recovery. Wilson assured fans that she plans to return to the stage by 2025 and emphasized that this setback is only a temporary pause, as she still has much more to sing. The rescheduled tour dates will be announced soon, affecting over 50 shows in the US and Canada. Previously purchased tickets will be honored for the postponed shows. This news follows the cancellation of the European leg of their tour in May due to a time-sensitive medical procedure. Heart, led by the Wilson sisters, has been a staple in rock music since their formation in 1973, producing hits like "Magic Man" and "Alone."
