OpenAI may profit by encouraging users to subscribe to ChatGPT Plus for $20 a month, with Apple potentially receiving a commission for sign-ups. Apple also plans to share revenue with partners like Google's Gemini chatbot, aiming to monetize chatbot results on its operating systems and reduce reliance on search engines. While Apple aims to expand its AI offerings internationally, Apple Intelligence will initially only be available in U.S. English with plans for additional language support in the future.
