Apple has reclassified the iPhone X, first-generation HomePod, and first-generation AirPods as "vintage" products, ceasing commercial distribution more than five but less than seven years ago. These products now appear on Apple's vintage and obsolete list, allowing repairs for up to two more years. The iPhone X, released in 2017, redefined smartphone design with its edge-to-edge OLED display, Face ID, and A11 Bionic chip. The original HomePod, launched in 2018, offered high-quality audio and Siri integration. AirPods, introduced in 2016, revolutionized wireless earbuds with the W1 chip and sensor technology. As these products transition to "vintage," they will eventually become "obsolete" after seven years, at which point Apple will no longer offer repairs or support. These iconic devices have left a lasting impact on technology and design.
