The couple, who do not have children together, seem to have no prenuptial agreement and are seeking to divide their assets based on individual ownership before their marriage in 2022. Additionally, Josh is seeking rights to any HGTV and Discovery Network shows or specials produced during their marriage. This marks Christina's third divorce, previously being married to Tarek El Moussa and Ant Anstead. The couple had even announced a home makeover show set to premiere in 2025 as a spin-off of Christina's original series, "Flip or Flop." Despite previously facing backlash for moving too quickly in relationships, Christina and Josh tied the knot in secret in April 2022.
