Popular streamer Dr Disrespect, also known as Guy Beahm, has lost partnerships with Turtle Beach and FanDuel following recent allegations of misconduct. Turtle Beach ended its long-standing partnership with Dr Disrespect after allegations surfaced that his 2020 Twitch ban was due to inappropriate messages sent to a minor. In addition, FanDuel confirmed that they no longer have an agreement with Beahm. The allegations against Beahm claim that he was banned for inappropriate behavior with a minor, allegations that were supported by former Twitch employees. Dr Disrespect has denied any wrongdoing and settled a lawsuit with Twitch in 2022. Despite his claims, multiple companies, including the game development studio Midnight Society, have cut ties with him.
