Adrian Wilson, former Arizona Cardinals star player and team executive, was recently arrested in Scottsdale on domestic violence charges. Wilson, who most recently served as the vice president of player personnel for the Carolina Panthers, parted ways with the team following his arrest. The Panthers released a statement confirming his departure, citing organizational policy on employee matters. Wilson faces three charges, including intentional assault causing physical injury, criminal property damage, and disorderly conduct. He posted bail and is scheduled for a virtual court appearance on July 16. The 44-year-old safety played 12 NFL seasons with the Cardinals and earned five Pro Bowl selections. Following his playing career, Wilson transitioned to scouting and executive roles in both the Cardinals and Panthers organizations. In 2015, he was honored with a place in the Cardinals Ring of Honor.
