Georgia announces that safety David Daniel-Sisavanh has been dismissed from the team due to a violation of team rules. Coach Kirby Smart wished him luck in his future endeavors. Daniel-Sisavanh was charged with reckless driving last week after a high-speed chase on the Downtown Connector in Atlanta. Despite playing 10 games last season, he will no longer be part of the team. Georgia has signed new defensive backs, including transfers from Alabama and Oregon, to fill the void left by departing players. Offensive lineman Kelton Smith has also medically retired but will remain with the team in a different role. Coach Smart expressed support for Smith during this transition. The Bulldogs will be looking to fill important positions in the secondary for the upcoming season.
