Google expands Gemini Nano availability to additional Pixel devices and improves Recorder summary feature

Google is rolling out new and enhanced features in its June Pixel feature drop. Pixel phones, tablets and smartwatches will receive the update starting today. The update includes access to the Gemini Nano generative AI model on Pixel 8 and Pixel 8a, expanded Recorder app capabilities, the ability to connect Pixel devices to external displays, and improved camera functionalities. Additionally, Pixel Watch is getting updates like car crash detection and fall detection improvements. Google Home App will be more accessible on Wear OS devices, allowing control of smart home devices from the watch face. A new feature will enable Pixel Tablet to receive notifications from Nest doorbells while in hub mode. These updates aim to enhance the user experience and provide more convenience and functionality across Google's hardware lineup.
