However, the widower of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins is now pursuing civil lawsuits against Baldwin. The lawyer for Matthew Hutchins stated that they plan to hold Baldwin accountable for his actions in the death of Halyna Hutchins. Despite the resolution of the criminal case, civil court proceedings are still on the horizon. Hutchins' family, represented by attorney Gloria Allred, remains committed to seeking justice and holding Baldwin and the 'Rust' production team responsible. Baldwin, who claims innocence and ignorance of the gun's live ammunition, may face further legal battles. The armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, has also been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and is seeking to dismiss her case.
