Currently, RCS messaging is only available to users in the United States on major carriers like T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon. However, not all users on these networks have access to RCS yet, indicating a gradual rollout. Once iOS 18 is officially released this fall, RCS messaging will be available to all users.
