Livestreaming Restrictions to Be Implemented for Premium Subscribers by X

Recently, X has announced new changes in an effort to increase revenue on the platform. Following Elon Musk's plans to introduce a fee for new users, X has now revealed that livestreaming will soon be limited to Premium subscribers only. This means that free users will no longer have the option to livestream on the platform, including via encoder platforms with X integration.
To continue livestreaming on X, users will need to purchase the X Premium subscription, priced at $8 per month or $84 per year. In addition to livestreaming privileges, Premium subscribers also have access to exclusive features like the blue checkmark, creator subscriptions, larger posts, and fewer ads in the timeline.
This move aligns with Musk's goal of finding new revenue streams for X. Earlier this year, he proposed charging a fee for new accounts to post on the platform in an effort to combat spam and bots. For more information on the X Premium subscription, visit the official website.
