Warner Bros. Animation and New Line Cinema gave a sneak peek of their upcoming anime film "The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim" at the Annecy Animation Festival. Director Kenji Kamiyana drew inspiration from J.R.R. Tolkien's books and Peter Jackson's films, with Jackson and Fran Walsh as executive producers. The event featured Kamiyama and Andy Serkis discussing the project, set 200 years before "The Hobbit."
