New York Times Connections: Get a Sneak Peek into July 8 with Clues and Solutions
Entertainment | July 8, 2024, 5:34 p.m.
The latest New York Times word game, Connections, has taken social media by storm, challenging players to find common threads between sets of words. Created by associate puzzle editor Wyna Liu, the game features 16 words split into four categories, such as book titles or country names. Players must group four words that share a connection, with only one correct answer per set. Just like Wordle, Connections resets daily and gets progressively harder. Players get up to four mistakes before the game ends, and can use hints, shuffle the board, and share results on social media. Today's categories include "BIT OF ADVICE," "FORTITUDE," "SPEND TIME AT," and "WORDS ENDING IN NUMBERS." Even if you couldn't solve today's puzzle, new Connections await tomorrow with more hints to guide you.
