After 41 seasons as host of "Wheel of Fortune," Pat Sajak is set to reunite with longtime friend Joe Moore in a new take on the play "Prescription: Murder" at the Hawaii Theatre in Honolulu next summer. The play, originally written in 1962 by William Link and Richard Levinson, follows brilliant psychiatrist Roy Flemming as he plots to murder his wife with a perfect alibi, only to be pursued by the seemingly bumbling detective Lt. Columbo, played by Moore. This marks the ninth play Sajak and Moore have performed together, with most shows serving as fundraisers for the Hawaii Theatre. Sajak, a Daytime Emmy-winning game show host, is ending his "Wheel of Fortune" run to pursue other projects, while Vanna White continues on the show. Tickets for "Prescription: Murder" are now available, with the play set to run from July 31 to Aug. 10, 2025.
