The upcoming Galaxy S25 series is set to feature significant camera upgrades, with leaked specifications suggesting that the base and plus models may not see the same improvements as the Ultra variant. The Galaxy S25 is rumored to include a 50MP primary rear camera and a 12MP selfie camera, while the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to boast a 200MP primary rear camera along with other impressive specs. Additionally, the phones are said to come equipped with the Exynos 2500 chip in most markets and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 in others, due to yield-related issues with the former. All three models are likely to run Android 15-based software and receive seven years of updates. With similar battery capacities to their predecessors, more details are expected to be unveiled soon.
