Samsung has unveiled three new image sensors for main and sub cameras in upcoming smartphones, including the groundbreaking 200MP telephoto sensor. The ISOCELL HP9 boasts improved light sensitivity and autofocus performance, as well as Tetra²pixel technology for sharper portrait shots in low-light conditions. The ISOCELL GNJ is a versatile 50MP chip with dual-pixel technology for fast and accurate autofocus, as well as in-sensor zoom capabilities for better video and still photography quality. The ISOCELL JN5 is a compact 50MP sensor with dual vertical transfer gate technology for reduced noise in low-light settings, Super Quad Phase Detection for quick focus adjustment, and dual slope gain for enhanced HDR performance. Samsung aims to bridge the gap between main and sub cameras with these new sensors, offering a consistent photography experience across all angles.
