Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 have received minor updates this year, with increased durability, lighter weight, and a few improvements. Both models now come with higher prices, starting at $1,899 for the Z Fold 6 and $1,099 for the Z Flip 6. They feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, seven years of OS and security updates, and improved resistance to drops and foreign objects. The Z Fold 6 boasts a slightly wider outer screen and improved camera hardware, while the Z Flip 6 includes a larger battery, vapor cooling chamber, and more storage. Both devices offer AI features and new software enhancements. Preorders are available now, with general sale starting on July 24th. Samsung also offers a Z Assurance program for screen protection.
