Motorola is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the original Razr V3 by launching the new Motorola Razr and Razr+, known globally as the “Razr 50” and “Razr 50 Ultra”. These folding flip phone versions have been popular since 2019, with the new models reintroducing the iconic Hot Pink™ Razr, exclusively available in the pricier Plus model. Motorola claims the number one spot in the US folding flip phone market, with 75 percent market share. The new Razr models boast larger external screens, with the Razr+ featuring a 4-inch display, the largest to date. These smartphones offer the same big screen experience in a compact form that can fit into tiny pockets. With a price tag of $700 for the Razr and $1,000 for the Razr+, preorders begin July 10 and sales start on July 24.
