During a show by electronic duo ODESZA at the Gorge Amphitheater in George, WA, a small brush fire broke out near the stage due to on-stage pyrotechnics. The Grant County Sheriff's Office confirmed the incident, which occurred during the final performance of the group's three-year The Last Goodbye tour. The fire was quickly extinguished, and the show was cancelled for safety reasons. Prior to the show, a high heat warning was issued, and the fire danger in the region was very high. Despite the incident, ODESZA did not address the fire on their social media platforms. The tour grossed $35.8 million and sold 601,000 tickets in 2022-2023. The event was expected to draw over 66,000 fans over three nights. The official statement from the venue thanked fans for their understanding and cooperation.
